Previously, the teams at Napoleons used a local-based till service which was independently run. This was difficult to maintain, upload data to, and run remotely. Data had to be processed manually and then faxed to their head office. Price updates and product amends meant visiting individual sites for manual changes.
A POS system that could integrate with several ancillary services was a key requirement for Napoleons. Fast and secure payments and trackable reservations were at the top of their list, and a solution to enable remote updates.

This unfortunately led to an extensive amount of human error, of which we then sent this data via post or fax to our head office.
