Before joining SolvedBy.Ai, Laura honed her expertise at the WorkTech Group, as a Product Owner and then a Senior Product Owner. Her strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in advancing WorkTech product offerings, particularly in the retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors. Earlier in her career, Laura worked at Children''s Hearings Scotland, transitioning from communications to digital transformation and product management, implementing impactful digital initiatives as Digital Programme Delivery Lead. With a rich background in product development and digital delivery, Laura brings experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving product strategy, and delivering customer-centric solutions in dynamic environments.
