Sandip Zala is an accomplished IT leader with over 24 years of experience managing technology operations in luxury hotels and high-end hospitality environments. Currently serving as Director of Information Technology at Raffles London at THE OWO, he oversees all aspects of IT including system security, infrastructure, application development, and cloud operations, leading a team to deliver innovative solutions aligned with corporate goals. Previously, Sandip held the same director-level role at Bulgari Hotel and Residences. Sandip’s career also includes senior IT management roles at COMO Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, and Kempinski Hotels, where he led multi-site IT infrastructure, systems integration, and large-scale technology projects. Sandip consistently drives technological innovation to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency in the luxury hospitality sector.
