Simon has worked in sustainability & tech for 20 years.
- 2004: Joined Good Business as climate strategy consultant & still advises for clients including VMO2, Vitality, Rathbones and ebay.
- 2010: Co-founded the Sustainable Restaurant Association (now non-exec) creating the restaurant sustainability standard "Food Made Good". Also serves as a non-exec for Farm Wilder.
- 2021: Co-founded Net Zero Now, the carbon accounting and climate action platform. Net Zero Now created the Net Zero hospitality initiative with Coca-Cola and Pernod Ricard, with Heineken recently joining as a partner. It is currently used across over 3,500 sites and has over 1m tons CO2e under management.
