Thomas Mountford founded Encore Kitchens in 2019 after spending 10 years as a chef and restauranteur and struggling to find real estate for his businesses. He now runs the largest Cloud Kitchen company in Europe with 600 + kitchen units across 30 locations. Thomas and Encore work with a range of AI startups transforming the food industry - improving labour and cost efficiency, enhancing delivery to boost margins and using AI to interact with data to make more concise financial decisions.
