About Nicole Olbe & Sam Allan

Nicole is the Managing Director of Adyen UK and has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector in roles across payments integrations and commercial roles.

A proud advocate of DE&I in the Finance and Technology sector, Nicole sits on the advisory board of Women in Payments EMEA, a global organisation of women from across the payments and fintech industry united by a shared vision for gender parity.

Sam Allan is the VP of Sales & Business Development at Adyen, a role he has held since September 2018. Sam specialises in simplifying payment acceptance infrastructures for enterprise-level retailers and the hospitality industry globally. With over seven years at Adyen, Sam has developed deep expertise in payments, fintech, and eCommerce, with a strong emphasis on unified commerce and omni-channel strategies. His work spans various sectors, including retail, digital, hospitality, gaming, food & beverage, and travel.
