Jamie brings 15 years of hospitality experience, with a focus on insight, data, and software. Initially working with leading suppliers and operators at CGA, Jamie led the retail division and later transitioned to CPL Learning, a leading learning & development platform for the hospitality sector. Under Jamie''s leadership, CPL Learning was acquired by Access Group in 2021. Always driven to improve experiences for both guests and teams, Jamie is passionate about using data and technology to help hospitality businesses work smarter and make their customers happier.

Nikita Sheldon is a Senior Digital L&D and Apprenticeship Partner with Marston’s PLC. After launching CPL- Campus into the business three years ago, post covid, resources have been accessed over 1.3 million times, empowering over 12 000 team members to take control of their personal and professional development.

With a passion for learning and a dedication to employee growth, Nikita brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Starting her career as a waitress in a Marston’s site through Senior Partner, Nikita is passionate about the role learning and development play in delivering exceptional guest experiences, retaining top talent, and fostering a positive culture.

Nikita remains an ardent advocate for continuous professional development and equal opportunity. She is a joint chair of Marston’s Women’s Network and founded the Women in Leadership – a program designed to support and promote the advancement of women in leadership roles.
